[16-305. (a) (1) Subject to the provisions of this subsection, the Board shall waive the (2) The Board may grant a waiver under this subsection only if the (i) Is of good moral character; (ii) Pays the application fee set by the Board; and (iii) Provides adequate evidence that the applicant: 1. Is licensed in the other state; 2. Became licensed in the other state under requirements 3. Practiced podiatry in the other state for at least 5 years (3) The Board may grant a waiver under this subsection only if: (i) The state in which the applicant is licensed waives the (ii) The applicant has not previously failed the examination (b) The Board may waive the written examination requirement of this subtitle - 1328 -
