AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Sunday Sales

FOR the purpose of altering in Worcester County the time at which certain licensed
premises may open for the sale of certain alcoholic beverages on Sunday; and
generally relating to the Sunday sale of alcoholic beverages in Worcester County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 11-524(c)(2)(ii)(C), (4)(ii)(C), (6)(ii)(C), (8)(ii)(C), (9)(ii)(C), (10)(iii), and

(11)(ii)(C)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(c) In the sections of this article set forth in this subsection, the hours for sale
in Worcester County shall be:

(2) Section 3-201 — Class B beer

(ii) 7-day licenses

(C) (on-sale) 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following morning
[and on Sundays (on-sale) 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday morning].

(4) Section 3-401 — Class D beer

(ii) 7-day license

(C) (on-sale) 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following morning
[and on Sundays (on-sale) 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday].

(6) Section 5-201 — Class B beer and light wine

(ii) 7-day licenses

(C) (on-sale) 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following morning
[and on Sundays (on-sale) 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday morning].
