Article - Health - General

5-404.1.

In addition to the powers and duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board
has the following powers and duties:

(1)     To adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this title; AND

(2)     To set reasonable fees, by regulation, for its services[;

(3)     To adopt regulations for the operation of a surgical study laboratory
within the Board's facilities; and

(4)     To adopt regulations to implement improved anatomical methods to
further medical study].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Property Tax - Procedure - Holders of Certificates of Sale

FOR the purpose of repealing a certain provision of law authorizing a holder of
certificates of sale to include and join several certificates of sale in one
proceeding; altering a certain provision of law authorizing a holder of a
certificate of sale to be reimbursed for certain attorney's fees; and generally
relating to property tax collection procedures relating to holders of certificates of
sale.
