SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 66B - Land Use

3.02.

(a) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this article, a planning commission
created under this subtitle shall consist of [either] THREE, [five or] FIVE, OR seven
members.

(2) One of the members may be a member of the local legislative body,
serving in an ex officio capacity concurrent with the member's official term.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Natural Resources - Complimentary Hunting Licenses - Hunting Stamps

FOR the purpose of requiring a certain gratis hunting license issued to a Maryland
resident under a certain age to include all applicable hunting stamps, except for
migratory game bird stamps and bonus deer stamps; requiring a certain
complimentary hunting license issued to a certain person to include all
applicable hunting stamps, except for migratory game bird stamps and bonus
deer stamps; altering a certain provision to provide that a certain
complimentary hunting license is not required to be a consolidated hunting
license; and generally relating to complimentary hunting licenses.
