(1) CONTAINING DYE AND SOLD FOR USES OTHER THAN IN A LICENSED
MOTOR VEHICLE;

[(1)] (2) delivered into a tank used only for heating; or

[(2)] (3) used for any purpose other than propelling a motor vehicle or
turbine-powered aircraft.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Personnel and Pensions - Maryland Transit Administration Retirees -

Health Benefits

FOR the purpose of adding Maryland Transit Administration pension plan retirees to
the list of retirees who are eligible for certain health insurance benefits;
amending certain definitions; and generally relating to benefits for Maryland
Transit Administration retirees.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.

(2) "Creditable service" means:

(i) service credited toward a retirement allowance under Division
II of this article;

(ii) service while a member of the Judges' Retirement System under
Title 27 of this article; or
