2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(5)     In consultation with the Secretaries of Health and Mental Hygiene,
Human Resources, and Juvenile [Justice] SERVICES, and the State Superintendent
of Schools, develop an interagency plan that reflects the priorities for children, youth,
and family services;

(6)     In consultation with the Secretaries of Health and Mental Hygiene,
Human Resources, and Juvenile [Justice] SERVICES, and the State Superintendent
of Schools, develop an interagency budget which identifies and collates all State
expenditures for children, youth, and family services;

(8) In consultation with the Secretaries of Health and Mental Hygiene,
Human Resources, and Juvenile [Justice] SERVICES, and the State Superintendent
of Schools, develop and implement an innovative interagency funding approach for
initiatives and programs for children, youth, and families;

(b) The Subcabinet for Children, Youth, and Families consists of:

(f) If the person in interest is not reasonably available to give written consent,
the following individuals, not listed in order of priority, may consent in writing to the
release of information regarding a minor:

(a) The members of the Council are:
