(2) Projected fiscal 2001 through 2004
information technology expenditures
subdivided by specific projects and
subobject expenditure categories.
(3) The information technology plan shall
detail the Judiciary's actions for
improving the circuit courts' ability to
transmit data concerning
court ordered civil protective and ex
parte orders to other criminal justice
system agencies. The plan shall also
address remedies for improving the
uniform accounts receivable records
system for the circuit courts. The
information technology plan shall
detail the Judiciary's actions for
improving the circuit and district
courts' ability to transmit data
concerning court ordered civil
protection, ex parte orders, and
warrants to other criminal justice
system agencies. This portion of the
plan shall be developed in
consultation with the Department
of Budget and Management Office
of Information Technology, the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services, and the
Department of State Police. The
plan shall also address remedies
for improving the uniform accounts
receivable records system for the
circuit courts.
Further provided that the Judiciary
shall submit an Information
Technology Project Request (ITPR)
supporting the Judiciary's fiscal 2001
information technology expenditures
by July 1, 2000.
Further provided that the Judiciary shall
submit an Information Technology Project
