C. For the purposes of driving to or from a place of
employment if the individual's employment would be adversely affected because the
individual has no reasonable alternative means of transportation to or from the place
of employment; or D. For the purposes of driving to or from school or any other
place of educational instruction if the individual's education would be adversely
affected because the individual has no reasonable alternative means of transportation
for educational purposes. (ii) If an individual subject to a suspension under subparagraph (i)
of this paragraph does not possess the privilege to drive on the date of the disposition,
the suspension shall commence: 1. If the individual is at an age that is eligible to obtain the
privilege to drive on the date of the disposition, on the date of the disposition; or 2. If the individual is younger than an age that is eligible to
obtain the privilege to drive on the date of the disposition, on the date the individual
is eligible to obtain driving privileges. DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Stylistic error in § 16-206(a)(4) of the Transportation Article. Occurred: Ch. 329, Acts of 1999. Correction by the publisher of the
Annotated Code in the 1999 Supplement of the Transportation Article is
validated by this Act. 16-207. (a) (1) The Administration may require a licensee to submit to
reexamination, on at least 7 [days] DAYS' written notice, if: (i) The licensee is involved in an accident resulting in the death of another; or (ii) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the
Administration has good cause to believe that the licensee is unfit, unsafe, or
otherwise not qualified to be licensed. DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Grammatical error in § 16-207(a)(1) of the Transportation Article. Occurred: Ch. 14, Acts of 1977. 16-303. (a) A person may not drive a motor vehicle on any highway or on any property
specified in § 21-101.1 of this article while [his] THE PERSON'S license or privilege to
drive is refused in this State or any other state.
