AN ACT to:
(1) provide for staggered terms for members of the Solid Waste Advisory
Committee; and
(2) make certain stylistic and technical amendments in the law creating the
Solid Waste Advisory Committee.

partner to the same extent as an employee's spouse;
(2) apply certain provisions of the County ethics law to an employee's domestic
partner if the partner is receiving County benefits; and

(3) generally amend County law regarding benefits for the domestic partner of
an employee and the partner's dependents.
