AN ACT concerning:
Baltimore County Code, 1988 - Fifth Enactment
FOR the purpose of enacting the Baltimore County Code, 1988; adding one article to
the Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as "Article 6. Courts
and Judicial System"; adding one article to the Baltimore County Code, to be
designated and known as "Article 17. Miscellaneous provisions and offenses";
adding one article to the Baltimore County Code, to be designated and known as
"Article 23. Advertising and Signs"; adding one article to the Baltimore County
Code, to be designated and known as "Article 30. Recreation and Parks"; to
revise, restate, and recodify the laws of the County relating and pertaining to:
courts, judges, and the judicial system, certain offenses, advertising and signs,
and recreation and parks; transferring certain sections to session law;
transferring certain sections to the appendix; defining certain terms; providing
for the construction and application of this Act; providing for the continuity of
terms of certain officials, the status of certain transactions and employees,
rights, titles, and interests, licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits;
providing for a contingent effective date of this Act; and generally relating to the
laws of the County.
