Personnel and Salary Advisory Board - Authority to Request the Labor
Commissioner to Hear Appeals
FOR the purpose of authorizing the personnel and salary advisory board to request
the labor commissioner to hear and make certain recommendations with respect
to an appeal brought by a merit system status employee under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to the authority of the personnel and
salary advisory board and the labor commissioner.
