Ambulance Service Fee
FOR the purpose of delaying from January 1, 2000, to July 1, 2000, the
implementation of the requirement that an individual transported to a hospital
by a Fire Department ambulance pay an ambulance service fee.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments: Bill No. 42-99, Section 2

AN ACT concerning:
Landmarks Preservation Commission
FOR the purpose of placing certain limits on the construction, renovation,
reconstruction, alteration, or demolition of a structure during a certain time
period pending the creation of a historic district, or during a certain time period
pending a decision of the Landmarks Preservation Commission with respect to a
preliminary landmarks list; placing certain time limits on decisions of the
Commission and the County Executive and the County Council; clarifying the
authority of the County Council with regard to the final landmarks list;
amending the Council's hearing and notice requirements; clarifying the method
of adoption of Commission regulations; providing for compliance with correction
notices; and generally relating to historic structures.
