Ordinance No. 99-19
AN ACT concerning the Repeal and Reenactment of Sections 18-1-001 and
18-1-072 of Title 18, Land Use and Development of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Queen Anne's County (1996 Edition).
FOR THE PURPOSE of amending Sections 18-1-001 and 18-1-072 of Title 18
to require the written consent of the Planning Commission Chairman or his designee
prior to exemption of public services uses from the requirements of Title 14 and Title
18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, Maryland (1996 Edition);
permitting such exemption in appropriate cases; and generally dealing with public
service uses under the Queen Anne's County Zoning Ordinance.

AN ACT concerning the creation and adopting of a new Subtitle to Title 18,
LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT, Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's
County (1996 Edition), enacting Subtitle 13 of Title 18.
FOR THE PURPOSE of enacting a new Subtitle 13 to Title 18, LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT OF the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, (1996
Edition), to establish procedures and requirements for the consideration and
execution of development agreements pursuant to the authority granted to Queen
Anne's County by and through Section 13.01 of Article 66B, Zoning and Planning,
Annotated Code of Maryland.

Ordinance No. 99-22
AN ACT concerning the Repeal and Re-Adoption with Amendments of Title 27
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, 1996 Edition, the Queen
Anne's County Human Resources Ordinance.
FOR THE PURPOSE of revising and updating the Queen Anne's County Human
Resource Ordinance, correcting typographical errors, providing for the adoption of
Position Classification Plans and Salary Schedules by resolution of the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, generally revising the provisions regarding
salary and pay for employees of Queen Anne's County, including incentive awards,
revising the provisions regarding recruitment and selection, and to provide that such
measure shall be emergency legislation to take effect immediately upon adoption.
