MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
Compilation, be repealed, and a new Article IV, Section 402(b)(9) be enacted. [Section 402(b)(9) of Article IV of the Charter of the City of District Heights,
Prince George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation
of Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date June 16, 1999]

Charter Amendment SECTION II: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Maryland, pursuant to Article XI-E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 edition, as amended), title "Corporations-Municipal," that Article VI,
Section 615, of the Charter of the City of District Heights as it now exists in Volume
3 of Public Local Laws of Maryland - Municipal Charter Compilation, be repealed,
and a new Article VI, Section 615, be enacted. [Section 615 of Article VI of the Charter of the City of District Heights, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date June 16; 1999]
