A RESOLUTION pursuant to Article 23 A, Section 19 of the Maryland Annotated
Code, to annex to the municipal boundaries of the Town of Denton certain land owned
by William C. Engerman and Virginia L. Engerman, contiguous to the Denton
Industrial Park, containing 29.662 acres ofland, more or less.
[Pursuant to Sections C1-1 and C2-1 of the Charter of the Town of Denton,
Caroline County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement).
