COLLEGE PARK  (Prince George's County) Resolution 99-CR-1 A CHARTER RESOLUTION
OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK,
MARYLAND AMENDING § C3-4 "COMPENSATION" OF THE CHARTER OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK, MARYLAND, TO INCREASE THE
COMPENSATION PAID TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL BY FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ANNUALLY, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2000 [Section C3-4 of the Charter of the City of College Park, Prince George's County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Effective Date November 3, 1999]
Resolution 99-CR-2, As Amended 11/9/99 A CHARTER RESOLUTION
OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK,
MARYLAND AMENDING § C3-6 "VACANCIES" OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
PARK, MARYLAND, TO PROVIDE FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION WHEN THE
POSITION OF MAYOR OR ANY COUNCIL MEMBER IS TO BE VACANT FOR MORE THAN[120]180 DAYS [Section C3-6B of the Charter of the City of College Park, Prince George's
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments. Effective Date December 29, 1999]
CRISFIELD (Somerset County) Resolution No. 283 WHEREAS, the City of Crisfield has promulgated its Charter, together with its
municipal code, in a volume published by General Code Publishers Corporation, of
