(b) For the purposes OF subsection (a)(1):
(1) The time of filing or perfection as to a security interest in collateral is
also the time of filing or perfection as to a security interest in proceeds; and
(2) The time of filing or perfection as to a security interest in collateral
supported by a supporting obligation is also the time of filing or perfection as to a
security interest in the supporting obligation.

(g) The filing office shall perform the acts required by subsections (a) through

9-501(a)(1).

(b) The Commissioner shall give to the person complained against at least ten
[days] DAYS' written notice of the complaint and the time and place of any hearing.
