SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
1- 201.
(f) (7) An officer confiscating any unlicensed distillery or unlawful distillery
materials, equipment or devices under circumstances which render it impractical or
impossible to move them to a safe place of custody and storage, or confiscating any
illicit alcoholic beverages, except that seized for evidence or forfeiture, shall forthwith
destroy them only insofar as is necessary to render them unfit for further unlawful
use and shall report the confiscation and destruction to the [alcohol and tobacco tax
unit] ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO TAX DIVISION of the Comptroller of the Treasury of
Maryland.

2- 207.
(a) A Class 6 pub-brewery license shall be issued:
(1) By the State Comptroller;
(2) Only to a holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license
that is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the jurisdictions
permitted by this subsection;
(3) IN THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS; AND
(4) Throughout the State, but not in the following subdivisions:

Allegany County;
|

|
(ii)
|
Caroline County;
|
|
|
(iii)
|
Howard County;
|
|
|
(iv)
|
St. Mary's County; and

|
|
|
(4) The license may be issued also in the City of Annapolis].
