(b) (2) In considering whether to approve a management plan, the Maryland
Historical Trust shall consult with appropriate units of the State government,
including the Department of Business and Economic Development, the Department of
Natural Resources, and the [Maryland Office] DEPARTMENT of Planning.

For the purpose of reviewing the development of the management plan for the
Preservation District, the Authority shall appoint a task force that includes:

(a) (1) Each year the Department, in consultation with the [Maryland
Office] DEPARTMENT of Planning, shall prepare a list of recommended State projects
for funding under this program for the next fiscal year.
