(3) [From June 1, 1998 to May 31, 2001, the] THE 1st precinct of the
23rd ward of Baltimore City. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October July 1, 2000. Approved April 25, 2000.
CHAPTER 56
(Senate Bill 128) AN ACT concerning Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Transfer of Licenses FOR the purpose of requiring in Baltimore City that a transfer of any alcoholic
beverages license be completed in not more than a certain amount of time after
the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City approves the
transfer; repealing certain provisions regarding the expiration of a license in
Baltimore City; establishing that a license in Baltimore City shall automatically
expire under certain circumstances; establishing standards and procedures for
extending the date of an automatic expiration of a license; providing that the
time period after which certain licenses may be deemed unexpired begins on a
certain date; and generally relating to the transfer of alcoholic beverages
licenses in Baltimore City, BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
