(I) THE PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE IS AT ISSUE; AND
(II) A GUARDIAN SEEKS THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE
COMMITTEE CONCERNING THE PROCESS OF DECISION MAKING ABOUT THE
PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE.
(f) A hospital or related institution may not be held liable in a civil action for
failing to carry out the advice of an advisory committee concerning a patient's medical
care if the advice given is inconsistent with the written policies of the hospital or
related institution.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2000.

(Senate Bill 102)
AN ACT concerning
Cecil County - Alcoholic Beverages - Golf Course Licenses
FOR the purpose of creating in Cecil County a certain golf course alcoholic beverages
license; establishing the terms and conditions for the golf course alcoholic
beverages license; excluding the golf course alcoholic beverages license from the
licenses to which certain restrictions on the aggregate number of licenses that
the Board of License Commissioners may issue apply; repealing certain
provisions authorizing the Board to issue a certain alcoholic beverages license to
certain organizations; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Cecil
County.
