AN ACT concerning
Growth Management - Land Use Definitions and Controls
FOR the purpose of revising, restating, and recodifying the growth management and
land use laws of the State; renaming Article 66B - Zoning and Planning of
Annotated Code of Maryland to be Article 66B — Land Use; and making stylistic
changes in the growth management and land use laws of the State.
