(3) § 10-208(k) of this title (Wage expenses for targeted jobs); [and]

(5) § 10-208(O) OF THIS TITLE (ELEVATOR HANDRAILS IN HEALTH CARE
FACILITIES).
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2000 and shall be applicable to all taxable years beginning after December 31,
1999.

(House Bill 1108)
AN ACT concerning
Homicide by Motor Vehicle or Vessel While Intoxicated or Under the
Influence of Alcohol, Drugs, or Controlled Dangerous Substances Substance
- License Revocation
FOR the purpose of requiring the clerk of the court to notify the Motor Vehicle
Administration of persons convicted of homicide by a motor vehicle or vessel
while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a controlled
dangerous substance; requiring the Administration to revoke the license of a
person convicted of homicide by a motor vehicle or vessel while intoxicated or
under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a controlled dangerous substance;
prohibiting the Administration from issuing a temporary license for a person
convicted of homicide by a motor vehicle or vessel while intoxicated or under the
influence of alcohol, drugs, or a controlled dangerous substance during an
administrative appeal of the revocation; and generally relating to license
revocation for certain drunk and drugged driving offences offenses causing the
death of a person.
