(2) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ADJUST THE NUMBER OF
AUTHORIZATIONS UNDER SUBSECTION (D)(2)(II) OF THIS SECTION TO REFLECT THE
NUMBER OF LICENSE CONVERSIONS UNDER PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2000.

(House Bill 414)
AN ACT concerning
Alcoholic Beverages - Permits - Limited Winery License and Restrictions
Upon Retail Dealers
FOR the purpose of establishing a winery special event permit; establishing the fee
and qualifications for the winery special event permit; limiting the number of
winery special event permits that may be issued to a certain winery licensee in
a certain period of time for use in a political subdivision; specifying the
conditions under which a winery special event permit may be issued; specifying
the activities authorized by the winery special event permit; expanding the
activities permitted by certain winery licensees; specifying the circumstances
under which certain licensees may bring their manufactured product onto a
retail licensed premises; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages permits,
limited winery licenses, and restrictions upon retail winery dealers.
