Section 8-901 and the subtitle designation "Subtitle 9. Prohibited Acts;
Penalties"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Health - General
8-101.
(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) "Administration" means the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration.
[Subtitle 9. Prohibited Acts; Penalties.]
[8-901.
The Administration shall find an appropriate berth in an area that is safe for
public access for a substance abuse program known as the U.S.S. Sanctuary.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2000.

CHAPTER 594
(House Bill 392)
AN ACT concerning
Creation of a State Debt - Caroline County - Denton Armory Building
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $156,500
$150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Denton Development Corporation for certain development or improvement
purposes; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring
the grantee to grant and convey a certain easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust; and providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the
loan.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
