AN ACT concerning
Caroline County - Alcoholic Beverages - Possession or Consumption
FOR the purpose of adding Caroline County to those counties that may regulate the
possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on public property or
highways; making certain stylistic changes; and generally relating to the
regulation of alcoholic beverages in Caroline County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
19-101.
(a) A person may not:
(1) Be intoxicated and endanger the safety of another person or property;
or
(2) Be intoxicated or drink any alcoholic beverage in a public place and
cause a public disturbance.
