(29) Has acted in a manner inconsistent with the health or safety of a
person under the certified nursing assistant's care; [or]
(30) Performs activities that exceed the education and training of the
certified nursing assistant; OR
(31) IS EXPELLED FROM THE REHABILITATION PROGRAM ESTABLISHED
PURSUANT TO § 8-208 OF THIS TITLE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE
CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2000.

AN ACT concerning
Lead Poisoning Prevention - Property Inspection - Notice
FOR the purpose of requiring certain owners of affected property to include a copy of
a certain inspection report certificate with a certain notice of tenant's rights that
is provided to a tenant under the Lead Poisoning Prevention Program of the
Department of the Environment; and generally relating to affected property and
lead poisoning prevention.
