(1) Be located and remain within a district;
(2) Have gross sales:
(i) That do not exceed $150,000 per year; and
(ii) Of which at least 80 percent are derived from the sale of food;
and
(3) Be primarily a restaurant at which patrons are seated to eat.
(g) The hours and days for sale are as provided in § 11-51700 of this article.
(h) The Board of License Commissioners shall determine the number of Class
B-RD (revitalization district) licenses to be issued.

(r) (3) (iii) Each part-time inspector shall receive an annual salary of not
less than [$9,270] $9,976.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2000.

AN ACT concerning
State Highway Administration Road - Controlled Access Highways - Service
Signage Pilot Program Prince George's County
PG 410-00
FOR the purpose of requiring the State Highway Administration to establish a Road
Signage Pilot Program to promote economic development in Prince George's
County; authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to participate
in the Program; authorizing the County to place information and business signs
providing certain information on State highways in consultation with the
Department of Business and Economic Development and the State Highway
Administration; requiring the participating County to adopt certain regulations
governing information or business signs; requiring that the information or
business signs conform with federal law; requiring the State Highway
Administration to make a certain report with recommendations to the Governor
and General Assembly by a certain date; providing a penalty for unlawfully
removing, damaging, or defacing certain signs; providing for the termination of
this Act; and generally relating to the establishment of a Road Signage Pilot
Program in Prince George's County by the State Highway Administration
modifying the authority of the State Highway Administration (SHA) to place
