7.04. Severability.
If any clause, sentence, part or [parts] PROVISION of this article[, or of any

article [or of any section thereof. The legislature hereby declares that it would have

7.05. Repeal of inconsistent laws.
Except as otherwise provided [herein] IN THIS ARTICLE, [all acts and parts of
acts, laws and parts of laws, ordinances and parts of ordinances, inconsistent
herewith or contrary hereto, are] ANY LAW OR ORDINANCE THAT IS INCONSISTENT
WITH OR CONTRARY TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE IS [hereby] repealed to
the extent of [such inconsistency, provided, however, that §§ 2.01-2.11 and all laws
and ordinances passed pursuant thereto shall not be affected hereby, and that this
article shall be deemed to be in addition to said §§ 2.01-2.11 and not in substitution
therefor.] THE INCONSISTENCY.
