SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 88B - Department of State Police

The following words shall have the meanings contained in this section unless
the context manifestly indicates a different meaning:
(3) "Department" means the Department of State Police.
(10) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the State Police.
SCHOOL BUS SAFETY ENFORCEMENT FUND.
81.
(A) IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.
(B) "FUND" MEANS THE SCHOOL BUS SAFETY ENFORCEMENT FUND.
(C) "LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY' MEANS THE DEPARTMENT, A COUNTY OR
MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, OR A SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
(D) "SCHOOL VEHICLE" HAS THE MEANING STATED IN § 11-154 OF THE
TRANSPORTATION ARTICLE.
