evaluates the effectiveness of and need for the Regional Air Service Development
Program in fostering regional air transportation service in this State and the
feasibility of continuing regional service without a State subsidy, and makes
recommendations regarding the continued financial support of the Program from the
General Fund.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, for the Regional Air
Service Program established under this Act, the Department of Transportation shall
seek federal funding under the federal Air-21 program established by 49 U.S.C., §
41743 and any other funding source authorized by law.
SECTION & 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July October 1, 2000. It shall remain effective for a period of 2 years and 9
months and at the end of June 30, 2003, with no further action required by the
General Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning
Health Benefit Plans - Coverage for Chemotherapy Hair Prostheses for Hair
Loss Resulting from Chemotherapy or Radiation Treatment for Cancer
FOR the purpose of requiring certain insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and
health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for chemotherapy a hair
prostheses prosthesis under certain circumstances; limiting the cost of a certain
hair prosthesis; requiring that a certain hair prosthesis must be prescribed;
providing for the application of this Act; and generally relating to coverage for
chemotherapy a hair prostheses prosthesis for hair loss resulting from
chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer.
