SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Transportation
1-101.
(a) In this article the following words have the meanings indicated.
(m) "Secretary" means the State Secretary of Transportation.
5-101.
(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) "Administration" means the Maryland Aviation Administration.
SUBTITLE 13. REGIONAL AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
5-1301.
IN THIS SUBTITLE, "PROGRAM" MEANS THE REGIONAL AIR SERVICE
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
5-1302.
(A) THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FINDS THAT:
(1) DEVELOPMENT OF A COORDINATED SYSTEM OF REGIONAL AIR
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IN THE STATE IS CONSISTENT WITH THE LEGISLATIVE
POLICY STATED IN § 5-102 OF THIS TITLE AND THE GRANT OF POWERS AND DUTIES
