COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES; (31) A REPRESENTATIVE OF A MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATION
OPERATING IN THE STATE; (32) A CONSUMER REPRESENTATIVE; (33) A NURSE RECRUITER; (34) TWO MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, APPOINTED BY THE
SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE; AND (35) TWO MEMBERS OF THE SENATE OF MARYLAND, APPOINTED BY THE
PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE. (C) (1) THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE SHALL: (1) CHAIR THE COMMISSION: AND (2) APPOINT AS VICE CHAIRS: (I) THE DEAN OF THE MARYLAND SCHOOL OF NURSING:
(II) THE PRESIDENT OF THE MARYLAND NURSES ASSOCIATION; (III) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD OF NURSING; AND (IV) THE PRESIDENT OF THE MARYLAND ORGANIZATION OF NURSE
EXECUTIVES; AND (3) CONVENE A CRISIS IN NURSING SUMMIT TO RESPOND TO THE
NURSING SHORTAGE IN THE STATE. (C) THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE SUMMIT SHALL INCLUDE; (1) THE CHAIR OF THE COMMISSION;
