AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Arena License
FOR the purpose of altering in Baltimore City the license fee for an arena license
issued by the Board of License Commissioners; and generally relating to arena
licenses in Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
6-201.
(d) (1) (i) This subsection applies only in Baltimore City.
(3) (i) 1. In this paragraph the following words have the meanings
indicated.

"Arena" means a facility that is a:

Catering hall;
|
|
|
|
B.
|
Banquet hall;
|
|
|
|
C.
|
Auditorium;
|

D.

Theatre;
|
|
|
|
E.
|
Athletic facility;
|
|
|
|
F.
|
Concert facility;
|
|
|
|
G.
|
Stadium.
|
|
|
|
3.
|
"Board" means the Board of License Commissioners.
