PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor
States Postal Service, of its objections, setting forth its reasons, and shall afford the
applicant a reasonable opportunity to make amendments or take actions required to
remove the objections. The Department shall submit a copy of the application and
accompanying documents to the [Office] DEPARTMENT of Planning for review with
respect to matters that are the responsibility of [that Office] THE DEPARTMENT OP
PLANNING. Article - Financial Institutions 13-1013. (b) (2) In considering whether to approve a management plan, the Maryland
Historical Trust shall consult with appropriate units of the State government,
including the Department of Business and Economic Development, the Department of
Natural Resources, and the [Maryland Office] DEPARTMENT of Planning. 13-1016. For the purpose of reviewing the development of the management plan for the
Preservation District, the Authority shall appoint a task force that includes: (2) A representative of each of: (vii) The [Maryland Office] DEPARTMENT of Planning; and 13-1104. (a) The Authority consists of: (6) The [Director] SECRETARY of the [Office] DEPARTMENT of Planning; Article - Health - General 19-118. (f) The Commission shall require that in developing local health plans, each
local health planning agency: (2) Use the figures and special age group projections that the [Office]
DEPARTMENT of Planning prepares annually for the Commission; Article - Natural Resources 3-3A-01. (f) "Participating agencies" means the Commission, the People's Counsel of
the Public Service Commission, and the Departments of Business and Economic
Development, Agriculture, and Transportation, and the [Office] DEPARTMENT of
Planning. 5-903. (c) (2) The [Director] SECRETARY of the [Maryland Office] DEPARTMENT
of Planning and the Secretary shall serve as advisers to the committee.
