(15) Aunt Hattie's Place, Inc. (Baltimore City) 500,000
Provide a grant to the Board of Directors of
Aunt Hattie's Place, Inc. for the
acquisition of a building for, and the
design, renovation, construction, and
capital equipping of a foster care home. (16) Baltimore City Demolition Projects (Baltimore City) Provide funds, which shall be used to
provide grants to Baltimore City, to the
Maryland Department of Housing and
Community Development for the
acquisition and demolition of properties,
and relocation expenses in designated
"Hotspots" communities. No funds shall
be expended until Baltimore City has
presented a plan to the budget committees outlining the proposed use
of these funds. The budget committees
shall have 45 days to review and
comment on the plan.
(17) Baltimore Healthy Neighborhoods Pilot Program
(Baltimore City)

Provide a grant to the Mayor and City
Council of the City of Baltimore for the
Healthy Neighborhoods Pilot Program.
No funds shall be expended until
Baltimore City has presented a plan
to the budget committees outlining the
proposed use of these funds. The
