(2) Frostburg State University - Temporary Academic
Building (Allegany)
Provide funds to Frostburg State University
to acquire, design, and construct
temporary academic surge space.
(3) Rocky Gap Amphitheater (Allegany)
Provide funds to the Department of Natural
Resources for the design and construction
of an amphitheater and related parking
and support structures at Rocky Gap
State Park.
(4) Annapolis Government Complex Security (Anne
Arundel)
Provide funds to the Department of General
Services for upgrading building security
systems in the Annapolis Government
Complex, provided that no funds shall
be expended until a report by the
Department of General Services is
submitted to the General Assembly
and approved by the Legislative
Policy Committee. Information in the
report shall include but not be limited
to: (1) an assessment of the Annapolis
State Government Complex security
risks being addressed; (2) the specific
security measures which will be
utilized in response to those risks; (3)
the ways in which those measures will
address specific security risks; and (4)
the effect those measures will have on
Legislator, State employee, and public
access to State facilities. The due date
for this report shall be September 1,
2000.
