Plan should include timetables and
benchmarks, and identify the party responsible
for implementing each element. The Action
Plan should address all of the
recommendations made in the February 2000
report, including the following areas: (1)
general condition of the University: (2)
academic programs: (3) faculty: (4) student
services and financial aid: (5) administration:
(6) budget and financial management; (7)
private support and outside grants: (8) public
relations: (9) governance: and (10) other issues
raised during the course of the review. The
