"CENTER" TO INCLUDE REGIONAL CENTER EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SUBTITLE, PROVISIONS OF THIS REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language added to clarify that provisions Defined terms: "Center" § 11-301 11-303. LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FINDS THAT: (1) THERE IS A NEED FOR CENTERS FOR THE HOUSING AND (2) THE CENTERS SHOULD BE ONLY ONE COMPONENT IN THE OVERALL (3) TO ASSURE THE PUBLIC THAT THE CENTERS WILL BE SAFE, THE (4) THE STATE SHOULD HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO LOCATE, CONSTRUCT, (I) THERE IS A DEMONSTRATED NEED FOR A CENTER; AND
