certain remedial action by the Commission; providing for reciprocity of customer
choice with respect to certain other jurisdictions;, providing for certain
long range planning for certain regulated utility services only; requiring certain
tariff and rate filings for certain regulated utility services only; eliminating a
certain required plan on the State's generating needs; altering certain criteria
for obtaining a certificate of public convenience and necessity for a generating
station; requiring the Secretary of Natural Resources to use certain funds for
certain purposes; providing that certain provisions of the Uniform Commercial
Code do not apply to certain property; providing for the adoption of certain
regulations; defining certain terms; providing that provisions of this Act are
severable; providing for the effective date of a portion of this Act; and generally
relating to restructuring of the electric utility industry.
