AN INMATE.

(C) PENALTY.

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR
AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING 3 YEARS OR A
FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 OR BOTH.

8-805. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.

(A) DELIVERY; PROHIBITED.

AN INDIVIDUAL MAY NOT DELIVER AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO AN INMATE.

(B) POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER; PROHIBITED.

AN INDIVIDUAL MAY NOT POSSESS AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE WITH INTENT TO
DELIVER TO AN INMATE.

(C) PENALTY.

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR
