A PAROLE HEARING BEFORE THE COMMISSION OR A HEARING EXAMINER (1) MAKES A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR NOTIFICATION UNDER § (2) WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME BEFORE A SCHEDULED (B) VOTES AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC. THE VOTE OF EACH COMMISSIONER WHEN ACTING COLLECTIVELY OR IN A (C) ATTENDANCE BY VICTIM OR VICTIM'S REPRESENTATIVE. SUBJECT TO SUBSECTION (D) OF THIS SECTION, THE VICTIM OR VICTIM'S (D) CLOSING OR RESTRICTING ACCESS TO HEARING.
