AN ACT concerning 

Telecommunications Franchises for the Use of Public Property and Public

Rights-of-way in the County

For the purpose of establishing procedures for the granting of franchises for the use of
public property and/or public rights-of-way for telecommunications systems;
preserving the County's rights in and control over public property and public
rights-of-way used to provide telecommunications service; providing for the
payment of compensation and other valuable consideration by
telecommunications franchisees; authorizing executive regulations to
implement, enforce, and administer this Division; and, generally providing for
the franchising of telecommunications systems in the County.

AN ACT concerning

Intermediate Sanctions Policy Board

For the purpose of amending the composition and responsibilities of the Intermediate
Sanctions Policy Board to develop policy guidelines for the regulation of
Court-ordered drug treatment programs in the County.
