By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning Section 59-A-l "PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY" Section 59-G-4 "NONCONFORMING USES, BUILDINGS, AND STRUCTURES" [Effective Date October 12, 1998] Ordinance No. 13-105 AN AMENDMENT to the. Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of: (1) adding a definition for pawnshop; (2) adding pawnshop as a permitted use in C-2, CBD-1, CBD-2, and CBD-3 (3) requiring a minimum distance between individual pawnshops and (5) generally relating to regulation of pawnshops. By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning Section 59-A-2.1. "Definitions" Section 59-C-4.2.- "Land Uses" Section 59-C-6.22 "Land Uses" [Effective Date September 29, 1998] Ordinance No. 13-106 AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of: - allowing a health club as a permitted use in the C-1 zone.
