Signs - Semi-Permanent and Temporary Political Campaign and Temporary
FOR the purpose of creating certain classes of signs based on certain physical
characteristics; establishing use, area, height, number, illumination, duration,
and other limitations on certain signs; requiring certain signs to be registered;
authorizing the Department of Permits and Development Management to adopt
regulations; establishing certain findings for certain signs; defining certain
terms; repealing certain provisions and exemptions; providing for the effective
date of this Act; making provisions of this Act severable; making certain stylistic
changes; and generally relating to signs repealing certain provisions concerning
political campaign signs; exempting certain temporary signs; amending certain
area, number, and height restrictions for certain temporary signs; repealing
certain use permits; establishing certain removal requirements for certain signs;
defining a certain term; making certain stylistic changes; making provisions of
this Act severable; providing for the regulation of certain legal nonconforming
temporary signs; and generally relating to signs.
