AN ACT Concerning

Zoning - Wastewater Treatment Facilities

For the purpose of amending the zoning ordinance to provide that setbacks from
wastewater treatment facilities and spray irrigation fields shall not be measured
from lot lines created for the establishment of a utility lot on which the water and/or
wastewater treatment facility is located.

[Sections 1-318(b)(4) and 1-3l8(c)(1) of the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article,
Public Local Laws of Worcester County - Amended

Effective Date January 29, 1999]

AN ACT

TO AUTHORIZE AND EMPOWER THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND TO BORROW ON ITS FULL FAITH
AND CREDIT, AND TO ISSUE AND SELL ITS GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS AND ITS BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES THEREFOR, AT ONE TIME
OR FROM TIME TO TIME WITHIN FOUR YEARS FROM THE DATE THIS
BILL BECOMES EFFECTIVE, IN AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING
$14,140,000 TO PROVIDE FINANCING FOR A PORTION OF THE COST FOR
RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO STEPHEN DECATUR HIGH SCHOOL,
INCLUDING PAYMENT OF ALL RELATED COSTS AND COSTS OF
ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS.

For the purpose of authorizing the issuance and sale by County Commissioners of
Worcester County, Maryland of its general obligation bonds and its bond anticipation
notes to finance a portion of the cost for renovations and additions to Stephen Decatur
High School.
