AN ACT concerning amendments to the Code of Public Laws of Queen Anne's
County, Maryland, Title 18, Land Use and Development, particularly Part LX, Subpart
4. Site Plans.

FOR THE PURPOSE of amending the criteria for administrative approvals of
amendments to approved site plans and defining minor site plans.

County, Maryland, Title 18, Land Use and Development, particularly Part IX, Subpart
8. Amendments to Subtitle and Title 14, Environmental Protection, particularly Part
IV, Section 14-177. Amendment Procedures.

FOR THE PURPOSE of amending the definitions and the filing requirements
under Title 18 and for the FURTHER PURPOSE of amending the procedures and
filing requirements for text or map amendments under Title 14.

AN ACT concerning the Repeal and Re-Adoption with Amendments of Sections
18-1-061, 18-1-062 and 18-1-063 of the Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County
(1996 Edition);

FOR THE PURPOSE of revising the regulation of private piers under Title 18 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Edition) by repealing
and reenacting with amendments Sections 18-1-061, 18-1-062 and 18-1-063 to
provide that private piers are permitted on lots of existing record as of April 9, 1987
and generally regulating private piers, shared piers and community piers.
