THE EXISTING CORPORATE AREA OF THE TOWN OF LANDOVER HILLS
LOCATED ALONG 70TH AVENUE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH THORNWOOD
STREET KNOWN AS 4105, 4106, 4107, 4108, 4109, 4110, 4112, 4114 AND 4116

70TH AVENUE, LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND AND THE LANDOVER
AQUATIC CLUB, CONSISTING OF 4.027+ ACRES, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE PETITIONS AND CONSENTS TO
ANNEXATION SUBMITTED BY THE OWNERS OF PORTIONS OF THE

THE ADDITION THERETO OF SECTION NO. 231, ENTITLED "FIRST 1998
ANNEXATION", PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF MARYLAND ROUTE 198, AND
FOR THE PLACING OF SAID PROPERTIES IN THE R-5 ZONE.
