Charter Amendment Resolution 99-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended) to amend the Charter of the said town, said charter being
Subtitle or Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as
amended), which article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of
Cottage City, repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 29 of said Charter
so that all the registered voters of the Town shall be eligible to vote for each
commissioner in Town elections.

(1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended) to amend the Charter of the said town, said charter being
Subtitle or Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as
amended), which article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of
Cottage City, repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 7 of said Charter so
that any candidate for the position of the Commissioner of the Town of Cottage City
shall be at least 25 years of age.
