RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF BOONSBORO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, EXISTING UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND, TO ENLARGE THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES AND
THEREBY AMEND THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES AS CONTAINED IN
ARTICLE I, INCORPORATION, SECTION 104, DESCRIPTION OF CORPORATE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CHARTER OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
BOONSBORO AND AT THE SAME TIME ESTABLISH THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF THE AREA TO BE ANNEXED. (162.94 acres, more or less)

County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BOWIE BY ANNEXING LAND
CONTIGUOUS AND ADJOINING THE EXISTING CORPORATE AREA OF THE
CITY OF BOWIE LOCATED WEST OF HIGHBRIDGE ROAD, NORTH OF
ANNAPOLIS ROAD (MD ROUTE 450), EAST OF PROPERTY OWNED BY HOLY
TRINITY PARISH AND SOUTH OF PROPERTY OWNED BY PHYLLIS WRIGHT,
ET AL., AND CONSISTING OF 64.46 ACRES, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE FAIRVIEW AT COLLINGTON CLUSTER SUBDIVISION AND A PORTION
OF HIGHBRIDGE ROAD SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED IN THAT CERTAIN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOWIE AND THE FAIRVIEW HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC.
